Contact form
We receive the subject, your name, your email address and your message. They are emailed to the Rav or to the webmaster, depending on the subject, only in order to reply to you.
A request for a blessing or prayer for a sick person often contains information about someone's health — sensitive data. We only process it with your explicit consent (tick box) and only so that the Rav may pray or reply.
Messages are kept in the site's database for at most 12 months, and 3 months for blessing requests, then deleted automatically. Your IP address is not stored: only an encrypted fingerprint is used to prevent abuse.
Dedication requests
The name to dedicate and your email address are used to process the request and to display the dedication on the chosen class.
Visit statistics
The site counts visits without cookies. It stores neither your IP address nor your browser: an anonymous identifier, which changes every day, is only used to count visitors. We record the page viewed, the language, the type of device, the site you came from and, for searches, the words searched. Details are deleted after 13 months; only daily totals are kept.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Videos are embedded in YouTube's "no-cookie" mode (youtube-nocookie.com); when you play a video, YouTube (Google) receives the information needed to play it. Links to YouTube, Spotify and PayPal lead to external services with their own privacy rules.
Donations
Donations go through PayPal. The site never sees or stores payment details.
Who sees your data?
The Rav and the webmaster, to reply to you, and our host IONOS, which runs the site. Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the webmaster, under the European GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
